SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary based on location and product availability. On average, orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing.
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer worldwide shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Timberline Co. is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment locations. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
